The Delivery Director reports to Percipio’s CEO while working directly with our team members and clients to ensure successful delivery of transformational projects. This experienced consultant and account manager will both lead client engagements as well as manage and develop client accounts. The Delivery Director will be responsible for successfully selling and consulting across our service lines of Operational Improvement, Business Technology Integration, and Risk and Controls. Together with our other Delivery Directors, this person will advance our brand and reputation for delivering results for our clients while exemplifying the highest level of partnership and passion. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Delivery Director will contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, to key firm decisions, and to thought leadership within and outside of Percipio.

• Demonstrate ownership of small and large client accounts – while managing consulting team project delivery
• Identify and drive new business opportunities at both new and existing clients
• Manage and develop client relationships at all levels of the organization
• Support sales strategy and own Account Strategy for defined accounts
• Contribute to sales collateral and messaging
• Develop statements of work and manage project budgets

• Serve as a leader within Percipio supporting best practices, strategic direction, communication, internal operations, and organizational culture
• Mentor and support career development of consulting team members
• Develop and maintain strong industry and community network of key decision makers
• Participate in local industry associations, committees, or Boards applicable to Percipio service lines

• This role will deliver select projects to strategically position Percipio with our clients
• Lead transformation projects in subject areas that could include expertise in strategy, technology, supply chain, change management and organizational design, agile, process, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, operations, and more
• Manage relationships and communication with senior leadership and executive sponsors
• Manage consulting teams of all sizes to deliver results that exceed client expectations

• Ability to identify and shape solutions for clients in both sales and delivery of projects
• Ability to lead other team members through proven delivery expertise
• Proven ability to drive existing and new accounts at scale while building and maintaining positive relationships
• Proven experience as a trusted partner and advisor to senior leaders
• History of proactive and reactive business development leading to successful outcomes/closes
• Maintain and develop industry and professional network
• Professional Services and/or management consulting firm experience
• Experience with formal project management methodologies
• Strong business acumen – ability to understand business fundamentals and implications of change
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and rapidly develop a plan and path forward with very little direction or oversight
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to transcend client political environments
• History of delivering projects that exceed expectations
• Team player, high energy, creative and collaborative in sales and delivery
• Innovative and forward thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation to positively impact client success and growth of Percipio team members
• Adept at learning new systems and tools quickly

• Industry experience such as Energy/Renewables, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail
• Enterprise software experience (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Planning, ETRM)
• Northwest account network
• Agile project management experience and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
• 12+ years of professional service industry experience
