Jason Motsko

I have always loved solving problems and fixing things. I started my career as an industrial engineer in a poultry processing plant, and before long I shifted into consulting. The variety of projects I've worked on and the long-term relationships I've built with clients over the years have kept me inspired and motivated.

Whatʼs the most impactful experience youʼve had in your career?

Watching Percipio grow over the past 20+ years from a bootstrapped start-up into a thriving firm with clients all across Oregon and the Pacific NW, and seeing our clients grow and evolve with us.

What are some of your interests?

Mountain biking, road biking, snowboarding, playing soccer, cooking and grilling, camping, and hiking with my family.
