Founder, former CEO and current Board Member of Percipio Consulting Group. Tim led Percipio for 21 years from its first client in 2002 to deliver hundreds of successful projects across nearly one hundred clients. Under Tim’s leadership Percipio helped the region’s best companies change and grow by successfully leading them through their most challenging projects across operational improvements, organizational change, M&A and technology implementations. Percipio has been recognized by the Portland Business Journal as one of Oregon’s fastest growing companies for multiple years and is frequently recognized by publications as a “Best Place to Work”. In 2023, Tim successfully transitioned ownership of the firm to a long-standing Leadership Team and moved to a Board Member and active Advisor of the firm. This planful transition further reinforces Percipio’s commitment to its clients, its employees, values, and culture. Tim is an experienced leader who oversaw the growth of a team of consultants that collectively built Percipio’s values and culture that has become a clear market differentiator. Tim was ultimately responsible for the performance of Percipio including business development, client relationships and project delivery success. As a consultant, Tim led large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex and highly strategic business changes for mid-size and Fortune 500 clients in Energy, Manufacturing, Footwear and Apparel. His clients included: Nike, Conoco, Toyota, ESCO Corporation, Avangrid Renewables, EDF Renewables, Vestas Americas, Daimler Trucks, Craft Brew Alliance, Deschutes Brewing, Leupold & Stevens and many others.
