Percipio was brought on board to manage all project aspects of business, technology and organizational change required for our client to successfully certify and operate as a BA in compliance with NERC Reliability Standards. We provided project leadership from inception to end, from first establishing the project governance and charter for the BA Program to ultimately delivering a successful go-live and handoff to business operations. We worked with our client to build and enable a highly effective team of diverse skills, roles and perspectives focused on the end game. The BA solution spanned trading, energy accounting, EMS and SCADA systems. Percipio drove the workstreams forward, identified gaps and navigated our client through the change acting as a glue across the organization.
