We implemented a Day 100 Savings Portfolio, resulting in a $3 million cost reduction in operations in the first year. Additionally, we established a strong Demand Planning Center of Excellence (COE), leading to over $300,000 in additional cost savings and improved efficiency in the supply chain. We also stabilized their ERP platform by addressing critical bugs in the finance module implementation and successfully centralized order processing in the ERP. Additionally, we launched Vendor Co-Managed Inventory operations, which improved accuracy and customer satisfaction.
