- First time the organization had gone through anything like this
- They were very much a "get it done" type organization and weren't big on up front planning
- Required much customization given the complexity of their operation’s processes, even though they originally wanted something off the shelf
- Current operational reporting was done manually, which made it untimely, difficult and out-of-date

Percipio managed the overall efforts of the business and technical teams for the design and implementation of the new ERP system, new ancillary applications and business processes.
We provided support during ERP design meetings to ensure the system integrator and the process owners connected the dots to get everyone on the same page.
We documented their current business processes, identified key issues and risks and designed their future-state processes to meet their growth requirements and the configurations of their new ERP and ancillary system applications.
We also provided support during end-user testing and training and documented and communicated the new process design and required changes with stakeholders.
By bringing in best practices for processes that apply to their business operations, we helped our client adopt efficiencies and controls along with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. They now had newly designed operational and financial processes and controls that were formalized and standardized across business lines and U.S. locations. This helped to set them up for expansion and subsequent system implementation in locations abroad.
