Percipio is seeking talented and entrepreneurial individuals to join in our success. The Talent and Brand Lead/Manager is a newly created position reporting to our Director of People and Culture. It plays a key role in internal and external foundational aspects of our business in support of Percipio’s growth and overall success. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving consulting organization and to learn many aspects of the business consulting industry as well as internal business and people operations. You will be a key member of our team responsible for the continual maturation and improvement of the operational processes and activities impacting Recruiting, Branding and People Operations. This position is in our Portland, OR office. The role requires energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. We are excited about the opportunities this new team member will have to impact a variety of operational areas while continuing to grow and develop along a people and operations centric career path.

New Talent Management (60%)
• Support new employee lifecycle including candidate sourcing, recruiting, and management of
employee changes
• Help develop and nurture relationships with target candidates in the market
• Understand delivery directors’ resourcing needs to prioritize and align on candidate priorities
• Support new team member orientation and training
• Partner with leadership in the implementation of innovative technology tools and processes

Brand Management and Sales Support Activities (30%)
• In partnership with Marketing, aid in the development of marketing materials, messaging, and
brand execution
• Support the development of sales materials and collateral
• Assist in the organization and execution of client and team events
• Manage web and social media activity and content
• Help drive and organize public relations and community outreach efforts
• Support client project deliverable quality assurance
• Key participant in building a strong culture and implementing impactful workplace activities

Business Operations (10%)
• Serve as a backup when needed for our Business Operations Manager including HR, payroll, and
vendor oversight
• Lead internal knowledge management activities and processes to ensure data retention and that
information is readily accessible to employees
• Special people and internal operations-focused project management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience required
• 3+ years of professional work experience
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) a plus
