For more than 20 years, Percipio Consulting Group has helped clients in the Northwest and beyond change and grow. We led their most critical projects that enabled them to accelerate change to respond to market opportunity and improve operational efficiency. In turn, we have continuously evolved our own capabilities to meet the needs of our customers.
I am happy to announce an important internal evolution and the next stage in Percipio’s growth. To continue to serve our growing client base and team of consultants we have transitioned ownership of Percipio from myself to two key long-term members of our Leadership Team – Jason Motsko and Sarah Brown. This planful transition represents an important commitment to our market, clients, team, culture, and values. Jason and Sarah bring a complementary set of skills that will help us to continue our growth path while building on the principles that got us where we are today.
Jason will take on leadership of the firm as President. Jason has been a key leader of the firm for 20 years and has been instrumental in building our culture of client-focused delivery. He has led accounts at Fortune 100 and growth-oriented brands across footwear & apparel, manufacturing, and energy clients. Sarah brings a deep focus on human capital, passion for our culture and the perspective derived from a broad career in broadcasting, PR, account management, recruiting and operational leadership.
Our Leadership Team at Percipio will remain intact. This team is fortunate to have Willard Shively’s continued leadership – Willard will focus on key accounts and will have ultimate responsibility for client delivery quality. We recently added a strong new Leadership Team member, David Kalman who brings 20 years of experience in Strategy Consulting and will focus on business development and go-to-market strategy.
As for me, I am thankful for the opportunity to serve so many clients and to lead the most amazing team of employees the past 21 years. Although I am transitioning my day-to-day leadership of the firm, I will continue to be actively involved in Percipio as a Board Member and Advisor. I could not be happier for this team and proud that we were able to keep ownership of the firm in the “Percipio Family.”
Our entire team is excited about this next phase of Percipio and the opportunities it presents. The internal ownership transition is literally doubling down on our market and on our commitment to building a great place to work for our team. We look forward to providing excellent client delivery for the next 20 years and beyond.
